Internet Desk: Bhuvneshwar Kumar proved once again why he has been the main spearhead of the Indian bowling attack. He was left out of the team in the second test despite a top all-round performance in the first test against South Africa. Not only rattling the middle-stump of AB de Villiars by a delivery which has been already termed as the “Ball of the series”, but also grabbed three wickets so far.
Bhuvneshwar just castled AB de Villiers through the gate with a big in swinger and the middle pole was shattered. It was a dream sight of a fast bowler and Bhuvneshwar roared in sheer delight! This was full and heading towards the sticks, de Villiers wanted to play the on-drive, but the late in swing took him completely by surprise, just brushed the back leg and crashed into the stumps. The key to AB’s dismissal was that India had him on the mat not allowing him to play positive cricket, which wasn’t the case in the earlier games.
