The Mumbai cricketer has displayed stellar performances both with the bat and ball. Shivam scored an impressive 60* off 40 balls in the first T20I at Mohali. He followed it up with another unbeaten innings of 63 off 32 balls in the second T20I, showcasing his power-hitting prowess against a formidable spin attack.
The dashing all-rounder is being seen as a substitute for Hardik Pandya if he is not available. Dube, who has already played for India failed to make an impact.
