World Cup winning India U19 team lands in Bengaluru; to meet senior Team India side on Tuesday

Xtra Time Web Desk : Yash Dhull led India U19 side on Tuesday landed back in Bengaluru after winning the ICC U19 World Cup 2022 in a stupendous fashion on Saturday, where they best England by 4 wickets and finished off the match with a six in typical ‘Dhoni’ style.

And the Indian Colts after landing back in Bengaluru are scheduled to go to meet the senior Indian Team by Tuesday evening at Ahmedabad where the senior member will greet and meet the U19 World Champions.

This would come as an added boost for the champions in improving their game further. Although Yash Dhull’s side had already met the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma at NCA, before flying off for the Asia Cup, this meeting with the full Team India squad would be a learning experience for the Boys in Blue.

Team India however are in Ahmedabad, preparing for the second ODI against West Indies, which is scheduled to be played on February 8. Rohit Sharma’s team would to seal the 3 match ODI series against by winning their clash against Windies on Wednesday.
