Kolkata: Kolkata giant Mohan Bagan is in deep trouble as Sony Norde got injured in the last match against Neroca FC. He was not fully fit ahead of the game though he was eager to play the match as coach Sanjay Sen told to media. But just a few minutes before the end of the match Sony again sustained an injury on his left knee and he had to leave the ground on a stretcher.
According to the sources his injury is very serious and the doctor have advised him to take complete rest for at least 4 to five days after having a MRI. Though there is good news for the Green & Maroon fans that Kromah can play the next match against Indian Arrows in 29th December.
Bagan won the game against Churchill after winning the Kolkata Derby but after that they played out a couple of back to back draws against Shillong Lajong and Neroca FC. According to a reliable source they will not get Sony’s service in the upcoming matches which can be a big blow for the Mariners.
