Xtra Time Web Desk: Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is set to end his legendary career at his current club by sealing a move to Barcelona, if reports are to be believed. The talismanic striker, whose tally of 182 goals in the English Premier League at the time of writing makes him the 4th highest scorer in its history since the formation of the league, is supposedly joining the club on a contract which runs till 2023.
The Argentinian, upon the completion of the move, will be linking up with national team compatriot Lionel Messi, in what is a formidable pairing up-front. His contract apparently includes a bonus payment for winning the Champions League, and he is set to undergo a medical soon. The signing will be announced after the Champions League final for this season if all goes to plan. Aguero had a brilliant run with La Liga side Atletico Madrid prior to his move to Manchester City, where he has won 5 league titles in addition to a number of other trophies.
