This star Indian cricketer may get arrested. Find out why

Kolkata: More trouble for Indian cricket team’s star pacer Mohammed Shami as non bail-able warrant maybe issued against him if he does the contempt of court again. The Number 9 Chief Judicial Magistrate of Alipore Court gave this kind of a verdict. Two cases were discussed in the court today. One was regarding the bounce cheque issue and the other one was about the maintenance money. Both the case was lodged by Shami’s wife Hasin Jahan.

Honourable judge looked really angry inside the court as he questioned Shami’s lawyer that why Shami didn’t appear in front of the court despite of doing a crime like cheque bounce. Beside the the judge also made it clear that Shami has to surrender himself in front of court on November 15 otherwise non bail-able warrant maybe issued against him for the contempt of court again. And if that happens the police will arrest him and produce him in front of the court. Though in this case Shami’s lawyer said,” Honourable court has ordered my client to appear in the court on January 15. But we can get a stay order on this. We all know that Shami is an important member of the Indian cricket team and I think we won’t face any problem on getting a stay order.”

The honourable judge also heard the case of the maintenance money issue. But Shami’s lawyer hadn’t receive any important document regarding this matter till date and that’s why the judge didn’t comment on anything regarding this matter. Shami left the City of Joy on Monday but he will definitely under tremendous pressure before going to Australia to play the test cricket.
