The Men in Blue will kick-start their T20 World Cup campaign against Ireland at the same venue on June 5. India will take on co-hosts USA in New York on June 12 followed by their last group league game against Canada in Florida on June 15.
According to reports India is poised to play all their group stage matches in the USA. The Super Eight matches are likely to be played in the Caribbean. If India qualifies for the Super 8 stages, then their first match will be on June 20 in Barbados. The Indian team is expected to play all their Super 8 matches in the West Indies.
The final of the tournament is expected to be played at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on June 29. The schedule is likely to be announced officially by ICC next week.
