Kolkata: Ansumana Kromah became the savior of Mohun Bagan as they beat Tibetan N.S.A by a last minute goal to reach the semi-final of the Sikkim Governors Gold Cup.

In the 92nd minute of the game, Kromah scored the winner to take his side home, but all the credit goes to Dipanda Dicka. After receiving a through from Raynier Fernandes, Dipanda Dicka took a shot towards the goal and the ball touched Kromah’s foot before crossing the  goal line.

The visitors could score three goals in the first half of the game, but luck was not in their favor. Dipanda Dicka’s brilliant shot rattled the bar once in the first half and Kromah and Sk. Fiaz also missed easy sitters.

With this win the Green and Maroon brigade has reached the semi-final of the tournament where they will face ONGC on October 13. After the match Coach Shankarlal Chakraborty said,” The first match is always very important in any tournament. But we could have won the match 4-0.”

Mohun Bagan starting lineup – Shibinraj, Arijit, Kinshuk (C), Rana, Gurjinder, Beikhokhei, Diogo, Raynier, Dipendu, Dicka, Kromah.
