Rishabh Pant’s coach Tarak Sinha passes away on Saturday morning

Xtra Time Web Desk: One of the most popular cricket coaches in Indian domestic circuit Traka Sinha passed away on Saturday morning. He was 71 years old. He succumbed to cancer in New Delhi.

Tarak Sinha has trained players across generations at the Sonnet Club in Delhi. He was the man behind producing many cricketers who went on to represent the country. He had a knack of identifying talent and turned them into international cricketers.

His impressive student list includes Surender Khanna, Randhir Singh, Raman Lamba, Manoj Prabhakar, Ajay Sharma, K. P. Bhaskar, Atul Wassan, Ashish Nehra, Sanjeev Sharma, Aakash Chopra, Shikhar Dhawan, Anjum Chopra and Rishabh Pant. He is the fifth cricket coach, after Desh Prem Azad, Gurcharan Singh, Ramakant Achrekar and Sunita Sharma, to get the Dronacharya award.
