Quess Corp chairman Ajit Isaac gives reply to Kalyan Majumder’s allegations

Kolkata: Quess Corp Chairman Ajit Isaac finally breaks his silence as he gives reply to East Bengal Club’s secretary Kalyan Majumder’s allegations.  He said,” I don’t know why he has said this. We have occupied the second spot in the I-League and I can tell you that if we didn’t cooperate with the coach and footballers the result would have been different. I have done everything after talking with the club officials.”

Mr. Majumder said that the Quess chairman hasn’t attended the board meeting in last eight or nine months. Is this true? Isaac replied,” You can ask him regarding this matter. I went to Kolkata during last derby and talked with everyone at that time.”

Minerva has already boycotted today’s press conference ahead of their Super Cup Qualifiers. Earlier Kalyan Majumder told that East Bengal Club has a rich history and they never back out from any tournament. On being asked whether Quess East Bengal will participate in the forthcoming Super Cup, Isaac said,” See it’s a football club and we too want to play the Super Cup but as of now we have the same stand point like the other six I-League clubs.”

Team East Bengal will begin their next practice session from March 23. Will it be for the Super Cup.”Any team doesn’t practice only for a tournament. It’s a long process to keep the team focused for future.”
