Virat’s Instagram story read, “If we have too many worries, fears, and doubts, we have no room for living and loving. We need to practice letting go,” which is a famous quote of Vietnamese monastic Thich Nhat Hanh.
But why did Virat post such a quote and wrote ‘Need to practice ….’. Is he not happy with the performance of his teammates in the ongoing WTC Final?
Team India is left with a daunting task of chasing 280 runs for victory on the final day in the ICC World Test Championship final 2023 at the Oval. Virat looked in splendid touch on Day 4 as he is not out on 44 runs from 60 balls. He displayed grit and determination against the Aussie pace attack. Ajinkya Rahane also looked in great form as he gave good company to Virat, stitching an unbeaten partnership of 71 runs for the fourth wicket.
If India does achieve the target it will be the biggest run chase at The Oval.
