Pant pens heartfelt tribute to his coach: ‘His presence feels as strong as ever’
Xtra Time Web Desk: Team India's star wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant has shared an emotional note on his coach Tarak Sinha's death anniversary. Rishabh poured all his emotions in the note saying his legacy will inspire and guide not only him but also many cricketer!
Tarak Sinha was Rishabh's childhood coach who passed away three years back on November 6 in 2021 due to lung cancer. He used to run the Sonnet Cricket Club in Delhi and was the father-like for many youngsters.

Rishabh penned on his Instagram story with a picture of his childhood coach from the training ground, "It's been three years since our sir Mr Tarak Sinha left us, yet his presence feels as strong as ever. The time without him has stretched long, filled with memories of his wisdom, guidance, and the warmth he brought into our lives. His legacy continues to inspire and guide us. Thank you sir."

Rishabh is currently preparing himself for the upcoming Border Gavaskar Trophy series against Australia starting from November 22 in Perth. Meanwhile he made a massive jump in the ICC Test batting rankings after brilliant performance in the recently concluded three-match Test series vs New Zealand. By scoring 261 runs from three matches at an average of 43.50 and a strike rate of 89.38 with three half centuries, he was the top scorer of the series and will definitely try hard to continue his form against Australia.
