According to sources, Virat also seemed alright while batting. Back in New Zealand Series, Virat has been found out of touch. Although his form is a concern for India still everyone knows how much valuable his presence is on the crease.

The right-handed batter averages a staggering 54.08 in Australia having scored 1352 runs from 13 matches. The right-handed batter has scored six centuries and four half centuries in the country and was India’s highest run scorers on the 2011-12 and 2014-15 tours.

Apart from Kohli, KL Rahul also suffered an injury scare during the practice session. As Rohit Sharma may miss Perth Test, 32 years old Rahul is set to open with Yashasvi Jaiswal. Undoubtedly his form has been a concern for India still the news of a ball hitting his right elbow during an intra-squad match simulation makes fans worried.

When asked about KL Rahul's injury, sources mentioned that he was hit by a ball recently. However, they reassured that he was doing well and there were no concerns regarding injuries within the Indian camp.
