IPL Media Rights Live Auction

As the IPL media auction takes place, top companies from all across the globe is present in Mumbai for the auction.

The auction has been started by BCCI CEO Rahul Johri.
The first company who submitted the bid is beIN Sports.
The next bids have been submitted by YuppTV and Times Internet.

Facebook, OSN and Airtel submit their bid next.

Upnext STAR and SONY submit their respective bids.

Only 14 out of 24 who has taken the ITT has arrived.

A break has been taken as the technical evaluation of the bids will take place.

Star and Sony are eligible as contenders for the broadcasting rights as announced by Rahul Johri.

AS for the digital rights, TimesInternet, Reliance Jio, Airtel and Facebook are eligible.

The eligible bidders for the Rest of the World are IPLMediaRighst which include SuperSportTV, yupptv, Econet, OSM (Gulf DTH)

Star India wins the IPL Media rights (TV Broadcasting) for Rs 16,347.50 crore.
