IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals win comfortably by 7 wickets vs Punjab

Before the start of Sunday's match vs Delhi Capitals ,Punjab Kings dealt a body blow when their talismanic batsman cum captain KL Rahul was ruled out just before the start of the match. Punjab never recovered from that as they lost the match badly by 7 wickets with 14 balls to spare.
Punjab batted first. Their stand in captain Mayank Agarwal was brilliant with the bat today. He played a splendid innings of 99 runs not out from just 58 balls. He got only substantial support from Dawid Malan who scored 26 as Punjab was able to score 166/6 from their alloted quota of 20 overs.
Chasing 167 runs to win Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan again gave solid start to their team. They rather gave them a blistering start. Shaw scored 39 runs from just 22 balls and Shikhar Dhawan scored 69 runs from Just 47 balls and remained not out. Steve Smith helped Dhawan with a 24 run knock as they secured a comfortable win with 7 Wickets in hand.
