Xtra Time Web Desk : India Women’s Cricket Team on Tuesday beat Bangladesh Women by a humongous margin of 110 runs in a do or die clash in the ongoing ICC Women’s World Cup.

After winning the toss and coming in to bat first, Mithali Raj’s team put on a strong opening partnership of 74 runs in between Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma, before losing three quick wickets on the same score within a single over.

It was then a steady knock of 50 from the Indian batter Yastika Bhatia which anchored the innings altogether, before the dependable duo of Pooja Vastrakar and Sneh Rana put on a good partnership to help India reach 229 in their 50 overs.

Coming in to bowl, the Indian bowlers didn’t allow Bangladesh any such opportunity to make their way back into the match as they took wickets in regular intervals to bundle their opponents out for a mere score of 119.

Sneh Rana was the pick of the bowlers for the Indian Team as she took 4 wickets to top off her complete performance.
