Xtra Time Web Desk: With just 48 hours to go before the first ball is bowled in the ICC World Test Championship final, Indian team has alleged several New Zealand cricketers breached ‘Bio-Bubble’ in Southampton. As per reports 6 members of the BlackCaps squad breached the bio bubble protocols. The six members include Trent Boult, Tim Southee, Henry Nicholls, Mitchell Santner, Daryl Michell and physio Tommy Simsek who went out to play Golf on Tuesday morning. The incident did not go down well with the Indian team management.

Both the Indian and New Zealand teams are staying at the Hilton hotel with-in the premises of Ageas Bowl stadium in Southampton. As per the ICC protocols, Indian team and their families have remained on their floors at the hotel – but contrary to that New Zealand players went out to play golf.

New Zealand team management feels there was no such protocols that has been breached by the team members as the golf course is adjacent to the Hilton hotel.

The entire incident proves that both teams are not willing to give any pschycological advantage to each other ahead of the final.
