XtraTime Web Desk: It has already been confirmed that beside Mohun Bagan another Kolkata giants East Bengal will play in the Indian Super League 2020-21. Now the Red & Gold Brigade gets a congratulatery message from Premier League giants Manchester United for getting a chance to play the country’s top tier League.
In a letter to club’s Secretary Kalyan Majumder, Manchester United’s Tour Director Christoffer Komen stated that Manchester United are happy to see that the East Bengal officials gave everything to take their side to ISL, beside that they also congratulated East Bengal for completing 100 years as well.
A few months ago Komen and other Manchester United officials paid a visit to East Bengal Club. In the letter Komen also thanked the East Bengal officials for hosting them at the club.
