Internet Desk: A record first wicket stand of 239 runs between Quinton De Kock and Hashim Amla paved the way for an emphatic 7 wickets win for the Proteas against England in the third Momentum One-day International at Supersport Park, Centurion. Batting first after winning the toss , England piled on a huge 318/3 . Joe Root scored a brilliant  ton (125 runs off 113 balls) with  Alex Hales and Ben Stokes  chipping in with useful contributions scoring 65 runs and 53 runs respectively. Kyle Abbott and Kagiso Rabada scalped two wickets each for the Proteas .

In reply, South African openers started off aggressively with Quinton De Kock scoring the bulk of the runs and Hashim Amla supporting  him well. Both of them went on to score a ton each with De Kock scoring 135 runs off 117 balls and Hashim Amla going on to make 127 runs off  130 balls. England bowlers could not find a way to get them out while they put on a huge partnership of 239 runs for the 1st wicket stand that laid the platform for a great win for the hosts . England lead the five match series 2-1 .
