Kolkata: Sony Norde will not be available in the next match against Lajong FC. Although Mohun Bagan has departed to Shillong to play their next match Sony came to Kolkata with his girlfriend Kimberlin.
From the airport Sony went straight to a private hospital to get his MRI done. Sony was seen limping at the airport. Sony said,” I have played few minutes for the National Team. A opponent player fell on my body. I have twisted my knee. Will get to know only after getting the report”.
The MRI report will be known tomorrow. The way Sony is limping its very difficult for him to play in the I-League. It seems Mohun Bagan may have to play the remaining matches without him and that could raise further eyebrows for the Mariners coach without a doubt.
