XtraTime Web Desk: Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will resume their Premier League campaigns on Friday as the Red Devils travel to the North London club. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team will be brimming in confidence after their 11 match unbeaten streak across competitions before going into the forced break due to coronavirus pandemic. The Red Devils pocketed 11 points from the last 15 on offer in the Premier League, including an impressive 2-0 victory over Manchester City last time out in the competition. Jose Mourinho on the other side will be a concerned person as his side failed to win their last six matches before the break. The North Londoners were also shown the exit in Champions League following their 0-3 loss to RB Leipzig on March 10.

Both coaches will go into Friday’s clash with a near fit squad. United will be boosted by the return to fitness of their two powerhouses Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba. However Solskjaer is in a dilemma whether to play the Frenchman as he still not 100 percent fit. Mourinho too will have a fit Hary Kane and Heung min Son, both of whom had a potentially season ending injuries. But the former United boss will miss the service of Dele Alli who has been handed a one-match ban by the Football Association for improper conduct after posting an offensive video on social media relating to the coronavirus outbreak.

In their last fixture it was United who returned 2-1 winners with a brace from Rashford in December last year. This will also be United’s first ever Premier League visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

United are much better placed for a top-five finish ahead of the restart, sitting three places higher than Spurs in what is likely to be the final Champions League qualifying spot.
