Internet Desk: India made some changes in the squad in the second test against South Africa as K.L Rahul will open the Indian innings in place of Shikhar Dhawan, Bhuvneswar Kumar replaced Ishant Sharma and star performer of the last test Wriddhiman Saha ruled out for his injury Parthiv Patel is in place of him.

Shikhar was not in his best of form in the last test but played some good matches before this tour and according to his coach he can be very effective in this conditions as India will want to score quick runs specially early in the innings. On the other side Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s coach Sanjay Rastogi also unhappy with the way Indian squad is being selected.

Taking to xtratime.in Dhawan’s coach Tarak Sinha said, ” yes he played bad shots and got out in the both innings of the previous match but, he was in good form before the last match and his ability to quick runs surely could help team India in this very important match.” Team management gave K.L Rahul in this match and this decision made this veteran coach more disappointed as he said, “Although Vijay scored runs in the previous tour in South Africa but, is he in the best from now? He wasn’t comfortable and got out edged outside the off- stumps. Still Dhawan had to sacrifice his place.”

Sanjay is also not very happy as the team management didn’t select his Bhuvi after performing so well in the last test. He said, ” Ishant is in great form no doubt about it but, Bhubi bowled brilliantly in the Cape Town wicket. My question is Bumrah didn’t bowl well in the last test so why didn’t he got dropped? Team management should know that South African batsmen are comfortable against pace and bounce but had problem to face swinging deliveries. We have seen it in the previous match but, unfortunate that Indian captain and coach yet to realise it.
