Australia’s pace spearhead Mitchell Starc bowled one of the best deliveries of the Ashes to get the wicket of James Vince during the Perth Test. As per the former cricketers and many cricket pundits it was ‘‘The Ball of the Ashes’. A round the wicket delivery from Starc hit the delivery on a crack and uprooted the off-stump.

#Ashish Nehra’s farewell
The injury-prone Indian bowler brought the curtains down after a 20-year-long career on November 1, during the first T20I match against New Zealand at his hometown in New Delhi. His spell of 6/23 against England in the 2003 World Cup will always be remembered as the best bowling figures in the history of the World Cup. After the game India skipper Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan put ‘Nehra ji’ on their shoulder as the Delhi crowd gave a standing ovation to him.

India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is well known for his brilliant fielding skills. During Ashish Nehra’s farewell T20I match against New Zealand at New Delhi the Baroda boy did something special which will be remembered for a long period of time. From a delivery of Yuzvendra Chahal, Martin Guptil tried to play a big shot but totally miss timed it. Pandya took a blinder with a full-stretch flying catch running from the long-off.
#Sri Lanka complained to ICC regarding Delhi smog
The hosts won the Test series 1-0 against Sri Lanka, but the third and final test in New Delhi came under spot-light after The Sri Lankan team management filed an official complaint to ICC regarding Delhi smog where they stated that it was unhealthy to play a Test match in that situation. Many of the Lankan cricketers wore masks to save themselves from the pollution.

Indian cricket team’s star opener Rohit Sharma hit a sensational double ton in the second ODI which was his third double ton too. While playing an unbeaten knock of 208 runs, he kissed his marriage ring after completed his double ton and pointed that to his wife. Later he told during the press-conference that, it was a marriage anniversary gift to his lovely wife.
