Internet Desk: Usain Bolt reached his dream of bagging a seat beside Md. Ali and Pele. Finally he won the third consecutive Gold in 200m easily.

“I came out and get the job here”, reacted the fastest man on earth.

The Jamaican superstar was aiming to break his own record of 19.19s but condition was against him and he had to settle with a golden 19.78s.

Completing the run he admitted, “I wasn’t happy with the time and my body did not respond to be down the straight . But I’m getting older , so I am pleased to get the Gold Medal. That is the key thing.”

In this way he hinted his retirement from the 200m event also. “I don’t know about the 200m in the future. Next year at the World Championships it will likely just be the 100m, even though my coach keeps trying to convince me otherwise . But personally for me, I think this is the last time I will run the 200m”, he said prior to the race which reflected his reaction given later.

However, he was likely untested today. This time his best opponents Justin Gatlin and Yihan Blake were not behind him to chase.

Canada’s Andre De Grass continued hus stunning emergence by taking Silver in 20.02s with Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre third in 20.12s. however, they were far more behind Bolt.

Prior to this race Bolt twitted “I am trying to be one of the greatest. Be among Ali and Pele”. After all shortfalls finally he reached his dream of being named after Md. Ali and Pele.
