Kohli’s desire to play County with Surrey in doubts. Find why?

XtraTime Web Desk: The Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli is set to miss most part of his County stint with Surrey in June as he has been diagnosed with the neck strain. As per BCCI sources doctors have recommended Virat to take rest for at least three weeks. Fatigue can be another issue as well as KoulK has been playing day in and day out throughout the last season.

Earlier an esteemed daily reported that Virat has a slipped (herniated dise) and he is set to miss the County stint with Surrey. As per the current situation he will not play the 50 overs matches for the English side but there is a chance that he would be available for at least two four-day matches later in June.

According to the earlier reports, Kohli visited the specialist surgeon on Wednesday and the team of doctors apprised him of the extent of damage to the spinal nerve but have ruled out the need for surgery.

The 29-year-old had missed a one-day international during the South Africa tour due to a neck strain but it is still not clear what promoted the Indian skipper to seek out a doctor soon after the Indian Premier League.
