East Bengal is in big trouble ahead of their CFL 2023 opener

Xtra Time Web Desk: Already, on July 10, East Bengal’s Kolkata League match against West Bengal Police has been postponed, which means East Bengal will start their campaign against Rainbow FC on July 13. However, five days prior, East Bengal suffered injury blows. Three crucial footballers are currently sidelined, which is a concern for East Bengal.

According to reports, forward Jesin TK has been affected by chickenpox and is currently outside of play. In addition, winger Mohammad Roshal has suffered a Grade 1 ankle injury, which will keep him out of action for 45 days. As a result, Roshal will have to stay off the field.

Furthermore, midfielder Mahitosh Roy Rajbangshi has also been injured. Due to his injury, Mahitosh is currently out of action. Therefore, there are concerns for East Bengal regarding their lineup for the match against Rainbow on the 13th. Head coach Bino George is contemplating these issues.
