Internet Desk: City giant Mohun Bagan has completed the signing of Watson Cameron Alexander John in place of Diogo Alexandre Alves Ferreira. Earlier on Saturday the Green & Maroon Brigade released Diogo Ferreira due to his family reasons.
“With immense pleasure we wish to inform that Mohun Bagan has recruited Mr. Watson Cameron Alexander John in place of Mr. Diogo Alexandre Alves Ferreira. Mr. Watson is in Australia, he will apply for visa tomorrow at Melbourne. His last club was Madura United FC, Indonesia,” said Mohun Bagan in a press-release.
Watson is a well-known face in Indian football circuit as he played for two time I-League champions and current Indian Super League side Bengaluru FC.
