Top ranked I-league clubs like Bengaluru FC, East Bengal, Shillong lajong FC, Mohun Bagan and Aizawl FC have a few players from Mizoram. Jeje Lalpekhlua, Robert Lalthalmuana, Lalrindika Ralte, David lalrinmuana, Malsamzuala are notable names. Jeje is considered as one of the top strikers from India after Bhaichung Bhutia and Sunil Chhetri. He has been in the East Bengal ranks for the last 5 years. Robert has been good in overlap and is most dependable in that position for East Bengal. Malswamzuala has made debut for India U19 in Frenz International U19 Cup which was held in Malaysia. On 4 January 2015, he made his debut for India U19 against Estudiantes coming-on as 64th-minute substitute for Robinson Singh at the UiTM Stadium. The Mizo teenager has played only six matches for the champions Bengaluru FC but surely he is a player to watch out for in the future. 13090550_1150616838290619_1974868649_n Beikhokhei Beingaichho (Bengaluru FC): The right winger from Mizoram before joining Bengaluru FC began his youth career for George telegraph before joing East Bengal for one season in 2010-11. He did not have any clubs for the next two seasons before Bengaluru FC signed him in their debut season and this Mizo talent outburst his talent under British coach Ashley Westwood. 13059692_1150654028286900_2035090287_n Lalthuammawia Ralte (Bengaluru FC): The Mizo goalkeeper has been a regular for Ashley Westwood managed side. He played an important role in Bengaluru FC’s two I-League triumph and one Federation Cup. He has all the qualities of becoming a good goalkeeper as his outing for the aerial ball and down the line is very good. He began his career for the highlanders Shillong lajong FC but due to lack of chances he shifted to Bengaluru. fanai Lalchhuanmawia (Bengaluru FC): In July 2014, it was announced that Chhuantea signed one year deal with Bengaluru FC.[3] On 24 January 2015, Chhuantea made his debut for Bengaluru FC against Pune FC at Bangalore Football Stadium. In his debut season with Bengaluru, he has made 16 appearances and has helped them to win I-League. On 4 February 2015, Chhuantea made his AFC Champions League debut against Johor Darul Ta'zim at Larkin Stadium Malaysia. He signed a two-year contract with Bengaluru FC at the end of the season, which would keep him at the club until the end of the 2016-17 I-League season.. On 11 June 2015, Chhuantea made his debut for the India national football team in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Oman. 13046091_1150611198291183_2050957857_n Lalrindika Ralte (East Bengal): Commonly known as Dika is one of the promising left back in the country. He plays for East Bengal in the I-league, represented India many times. After beginning his career for Pailan Arrows, the Mizo player donned the Red and Gold colours in the 2011-12 season and since then he has been a regular for them. This season it has been a poor season for him as he was almost out of the whole season due to an injury.
