Tendulkar and Dravid want India's participation in ICC Champions Trophy

Internet Desk: Cricketing greats, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid have said that team India should immediately participate in the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy.
Tendulkar has said that team India should immediately announce the squad and must play the Champions Trophy.
BCCI were outvoted to a 13-1 result in the ICC meeting, in its bid to propose a new revenue model which would considerably slashes their financial share from global events in the 2015-2023 cycle.
Initially when $570 million, assured to BBCI under a 2014 arrangement, were lessened to $293 million, a unconvinced BCCI turned down submission of the team’s squad.
Team India pulling of the Champions Trophy has been gaining attraction all over India. As a result a special general meeting will be held on Sunday to discuss about this issue.
It has been reported that the CoA has warned the BBCI of sending any notice to the ICC and has said that it would move the apex court if any kind of step is taken up at the SGM.
