Xtra Time Web Desk: All eyes will be on the two super stars of Indian cricket – Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma during the four-day warm up game against Leicestershire. Both of them are coming back from a much-needed break after a poor IPL 2022. The duo seems to have enjoyed the practice sessions and batted with full of confidence at the nets.

The Indian test squad had a rigorous training session for the third consecutive day at the Leicestershire County Cricket on Wednesday. Rohit Sharma and his boys will play a four-day warm up game at the Leicestershire County Ground starting Thursday (June 23,2022). Wicket keeper batter Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer joined the training session at the Uptonsteel Ground.

Another cricketer on whom the spotlight will be on is Cheteshwar Pujara. Having lost his place in the Indian test team, the cricketer from Sourashtra has worked really hard to get back into the team. He also had a successful county stint with Sussex, notching up three successive hundreds.

As far as the bowling is concerned, it is expected both Md Shami and Jasprit Bumrah will play along with Shardul Thakur and Mohammed Siraj. Ravindra Jadeja is expected to play as well. The all-rounder is also coming after a long layoff.

The match will begin from 10:30 am. It is expected to be a full house with a majority of Indian fans.
