Untitled Ravi Shastri: The Indian team has been on a role in recent times in this format winning 10 out of 11 matches including the recent Asia Cup title. One man who should be credited for the turnaround is Team Director Ravi Shastri.  The former India all-rounder shares a good rapport with Dhoni and is respected by everyone in the Indian dressing room. The players look up to him as an elder brother always ready to guide them and it has worked wonders so far. Indian team will look to do well under Shastri as Team Director. Darren Lehmann: Ravi Shastri will face a stiff competition from his Australian counterpart Darren Lehmann. The former Aussie middle order batsman would like to see his boys replicate the form during the World Cup last year. Steve Smith and his side are yet to win a World T20 title. Lehmann would definitely try to motivate his boys for the coveted title that have so far eluded them. Inzamam-ul-Haq: Afghanistan will be pinning their hopes on former Pakistan captain Inzamam ul Haq to guide them to do well in World T20. The Afghans have started the tournament on a positive note beating Scotland by 14 runs in the first qualifying round match. The former Pakistan skipper was always associated with the laid back attitude both on and off-field during his playing days. However, as a coach the cricketer has transformed completely to always remain on toes to help his players. Azhar Mahmood: Azhar Mahmood was a highly rated all rounder during his time for Pakistan. With Mustaq Ahmed citing personal reasons, Azhar replaced him as the bowling coach for the Asia Cup and World T20. Azhar has been quite successful playing in different T20 leagues across the globe. This was the reason PCB appointed him to look after the bowling unit along with Waqar Younis. Heath Streak: The former Zimbabwe fast bowler has been with the Bangladesh team since 2014 as bowling coach. He has played a very important role in the development of Mustafizur Rahman and Taskin Ahmed. Streak should be credited for the success of the Bangladesh fast bowlers in recent times. It was under him as bowling coach that Bangladesh reached the quarter finals of World Cup 2015 for the first time. In the recently concluded Asia Cup, Bangladesh reached the finals for the first time . Chaminda Vaas: Chaminda Vaas was recently appointed as the bowling coach of Ireland. The left arm medium pacer is regarded is one of the finest bowlers of Sri Lanka. Vaas was also the bowling coach of Sri Lanka till 2015. Ireland will look up to his immense experience in helping them put up a good show in the World T20. Waqar Younis: Regarded as one of the greatest fast bowlers to have played the game, Waqar Younis will have his task cut out in the World T20. The former Pakistan legend appointed as the head coach since 2014 will be under a lot of pressure after failing to reach the final of recently concluded Asia Cup. The Pakistan bowling apart from Md Amir has failed to live up to the expectation. Marvan Atapattu: The former Sri Lankan captain was recently appointed the batting coach of Zimbabwe cricket team. Regarded as a batsman with sound technique, Atapattu would like to guide the Zimbabwe batsman to put up a decent show. The African nation already had a great win against Scotland in the qualifiers with Sean Williams scoring a well made 53. Manoj Prabhakar : Former Indian medium pacer Manoj Prabhakar considered as one of the finest exponents of swing bowling is at the helm of Afghanistan bowling. Prabhakar along with Inzamam will have the responsibility of guiding the Afghans putting up a good show in the World T20.
