Xtra Time Web Desk: Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya, currently recovering from an injury sustained during the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, has been actively sharing updates on his road to full fitness. The 30-year-old, known for his active presence on social media, recently posted a video of his workout on Instagram.

Hardik suffered an ankle injury while trying to stop a ball on his follow-through during India's match against Bangladesh in Pune. Scan reports revealed he has severely damaged the ligament which forced him out of the World Cup. Since getting injured, Hardik missed the series against Australia at home. He was not picked for the tour to South Africa and the three match T20I series against Afghanistan as well. He will straightaway return to action from IPL 2024.

The 30-year-old, known for his vibrant presence on social media, recently posted a video of his workout on Instagram, with a caption, "Only one direction to go, forward."

Hardik grabbed the headlines when he made a comeback to his former IPL franchise Mumbai Indians, , after a brief stint with the Gujarat Titans. Notably, he took on the mantle of captaincy, displacing Rohit Sharma, the accomplished MI skipper who had led the team to five IPL titles.
