Mohammedan Sporting Club to hold elections for Executive Committee members on July 13
Xtra Time Web Desk: Century old Mohammedan Sporting Club of Kolkata will hold an election for the post of 15 members of Executive Committee on Saturday July 13, 2021. The elections will be held between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A notice issued by the club regarding the elections said members desirous to be elected to the Executive Committee are requested to obtain the Nomination Form from the Club Tent Maidan, on any day from June 9, to June 10, 2021 between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The duly filled nomination papers must be submitted to the Honorary General Secretary of the club before June 22, 2021 between 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
Scrutiny of the nomination paper will be made by Scrutiny Sub-Committee on June26, 2021 at 5.00 pm. Members whoever filed the nominations may be present if they so desire. Last date for withdrawal of nomination paper is June28, 2021 till 5.00 pm.
The date as determined shall be subject to pandemic situation and Government Notification. The venue of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be notified 7 days before the AGM.
