Xtra Time Web Desk: 23-year-old Abhishek Sharma dazzled in the second T20I against Zimbabwe, smashing his maiden T20I century in just 46 balls. The SunRisers Hyderabad star became the 10th Indian batter to achieve this feat in international T20 cricket. The match, held in Harare on Saturday, July 7, saw Sharma's explosive batting display steer India to a commanding position.

Sharma's innings began steadily, scoring 28 off 24 balls by the eighth over as he built a partnership with Ruturaj Gaikwad after the early loss of captain Shubman Gill. However, the young batter unleashed his aggressive side, scoring the next 72 runs off just 22 balls. This included a 28-run over off Dion Myers, which featured two sixes and three boundaries.
