Mumabi Police took their X account to issue an update for the citizens, and warn them to avoid taking the Marine Drive route due to heavy congestion and traffic. Team India are scheduled to carry out an open-top bus parade to celebrate their T20 World Cup glory with their fans.
" Due to the heavy rush of fans around Wankhede Stadium for the Victory Parade of the Indian Cricket Team, citizens are requested to avoid commuting towards Marine Drive, " Mumbai Polices' post said.
