Xtra Time Web Desk: Rajasthan Royals has faced a big blow ahead of the Indian Premier league 2025 as their captain Sanju Samson has reportedly fractured his right index finger and will remain out of action for a while.
According to a report in PTI, Samson has returned to his home base Thiruvananthapuram and will begin training after completing his rehab at the National Cricket Academy. He may undergo a six-week recovery means that Kerala wouldn't get his services in the upcoming Ranji Trophy quarterfinals against Jammu and Kashmir.

"Samson has fractured his right index finger. It will take him five to six weeks before he can resume proper nets. So there is no chance of him playing the Ranji Trophy quarter-final for Kerala (vs J&K) in Pune from February 8-12," a BCCI source told PTI.
The source also added, "In all likelihood, his comeback will happen in the IPL for Rajasthan Royals."

He was hit off the third delivery bowled by Archer which was almost 150kmph. After returning back to the dressing room, The X-rays unfortunately showed a broken finger.
The Royal fans will be eager to get him back fit in the house.
