Internet Desk: The India batsman formed an unlikely appreciation society with Tottenham forward Harry Kane in March after their Easter heroics for India and England respectively.
And after Real progressed to the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday, Kohli praised Bale's performance against Wolfsburg,tweeting: "Thank you so much @GarethBale11. Great game last night. All the best for La Liga Title Race #HalaMadrid".
Kohli, who starred for India at the recent World T20, has been in good form himself, smashing 75 off 51 balls to help the Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Sunrisers Hyderabad on Tuesday.
