Xtra Time Web Desk: Bollywood superstar and Kolkata Knight Riders co owner Shah Rukh Khan on Tuesday apologized to the KKR fans for his team’s loss against Mumbai Indians. Eoin Morgan and his boys miraculously lost to Mumbai Indians by 10 runs in the IPL 2021 game on Tuesday night. The Knight Riders had the match under their control but lost their way towards the end against some very disciplined Mumbai bowling.

Shah Rukh took to Twitter to describe his ‘disappointment’ almost immediately after KKR lost the game in Chennai. The KKR co-owner also apologised to the Kolkata Knight Riders fans.

The Bollywood actor is not known for being too critical about KKR’s performance. But after his side Kolkata Knight Riders lost their IPL 2021 match to defending champions Mumbai Indians, SRK decided to post an apology for the KKR fans on Twitter.

Shah Rukh Khan tweeted, "Disappointing performance. to say the least @KKRiders apologies to all the fans!"
