Xtra Time Web Desk: 20-year-old Kashvee Gautam, made headlines at the WPL 2024 auction held in Mumbai on Saturday. The right arm medium pacer from Chandigarh was the most expensive uncapped player in the history of WPL. She was brought by Gujarat Giants for a staggering price of INR 2 crore.

Gautam's cricket journey is marked by remarkable achievements. She etched her name in history books by claiming ten wickets, including a hat-trick, during an U19 match between Chandigarh and Arunachal Pradesh in 2020. This outstanding performance earned her a spot in one of the teams participating in the Women's T20 Challenge, showcasing her talent on a larger stage.
