[caption id="attachment_9395" align="alignnone" width="580"]Dhoni-Williamson-collage India will definitely have an edge over New Zealand on Tuesday in ICC World T20.[/caption] Internet Desk:The Super-10 stage of ICC WorldT20 kick starts tomorrow with hosts India taking on New Zealand at the VCA stadium in Nagpur. Former champions India ranked No.1 team in this format, have been in tremendous form in recent times. Black Caps on the other hand will be hoping to go past the group stages for the first time in ICC World T20. Batting firepower – India will have a slight edge as two of the top three batsmen in this format belong to them. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are in tremendous form with the former scoring 740 runs at an average of 82.22 and a strike rate of 135. Rohit too has scored 600 plus runs during the period. Apart from these two India also have Shikhar Dhawan , Suresh Raina , Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni who on their day can tear apart any attack. Kiwis also have batsmen who can be quite aggressive in this format with the likes of Kane Williamson, Martin Guptill , Ross Taylor , Luke Ronchi , Corey Anderson and Colin Munro. Absence of Brendon McCullum – Kiwis will definitely miss Brendon McCullum who is the all time leading run scorer in T20 internationals. The former Black Caps captain is the only man to score 2000 runs and two centuries in this format. McCullum’s huge experience of playing successfully in the IPL will be sorely missed by the Kiwis. Dhoni’s leadership – Last time India played in a big tournament at home, they were the champions. Dhoni led the Indian team to become the champions of 2011 World Cup . When it comes to big events Dhoni has always come good. Be it winning the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, 2011 World Cup, Champions Trophy , Dhoni has always has had the luck factor going with him. The best part about his batting is the amount of trust and responsibility he carries with himself. If Dhoni has a good T20World Cup, India should find their road easy. Not just in terms of batting though, but his captaincy as well. Also, he has a knack of pulling out game-changing tricks from the bag on big occasions. Spinners will be key – Spinners is going to play an important role in this tournament. India will definitely have a clear edge in this department with the likes of Ravi Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja , Harbhajan Singh along with Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina . Kiwis will have to rely mostly on the likes of Tim Southee and Trent Boult .Milne’s pace through the air will be key. But Black Caps lack of quality spinner will hamper their chances big time. All-Rounders take it all – The Indian team has transformed into a more balanced unit with the inclusion of Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah. Both these youngsters have been a revelation in the recently concluded Asia Cup. They have given Dhoni more options in the bowling department. India also have someone like Yuvraj Singh , Suresh Raina and Ravindra Jadeja who could all roll their arm  if needed.
