Kolkata: Quess and East Bengal have taken another step towards their'Golden Handshake'. A few days ago East Bengal Club had sent the 'Termination of Agreement' draft to Quess and after verifying those papers by their lawyers, the Quess management have agreed on the terms and conditions & they have sent it back to the club. The club officials on Thursday has signed on that agreement and they have sent it to Quess office in Bengaluru.

As per sources as soon as Quess Corp signs on that agreement, the club will get back the sporting rights. If everything goes right, the East Bengal supporters will soon here a good news on this matter. After getting back the NOC from Quess, the club officials will soon complete AFC's club lisencing procedure as they have already got the papers regarding club lisencing from the AIFF a couple of days back. East Bengal officials will decide whether the team will play Indian Super League this season or they will take part in the I-League for another season after they get the NOC from Quess.
