DJ Bravo releases teaser of his new song ‘Number 7’ ahead of Dhoni’s 39th birthday
XtraTime Web Desk: West Indies and Chennai Super Kings all rounder Dwayne Bravo will be coming out with his new song ‘Number 7’ dedicated to MS Dhoni ahead of his 39th birthday which is coming next month on July 7. The cricketer released a teaser of the song on his instagram handle. He wrote, "Are you ready for July 7th!! @mahi7781 birthday we going to be celebrating his birthday in style with this special track from the Champion team!! @djanamusic @ultrasimmo @collegeboyjesse @arielle.alexa @dexterrthomas guys don’t forget to tag us an let us see your helicopter dance!!”.
The Trinidadian also uploaded a video of him crooning the number, “MS Dhoni, number 7, MS Dhoni, number 7. 2007 T20 Champion, 2011 became the world champion, first captain to win every trophy for his nation, now everybody do the helicopter celebration.”
The lyrics of the song say about Dhoni leading India to 2007 and 2011 World Cup victories. It also tells about Dhoni’c iconic helicopter shots.
The Chennai Super Kings captain has been away from competitive cricket since the World Cup semi final last year against New Zealand at Old Trafford. The cricketer from Jharkhand will be hoping to make a comeback when the IPL starts once the COVID-19 situation improves in the country, but that will depend on ICC’s decision on T20 World Cup in Australia in September-October.The two times World Cup winning captain was recently seen doing organic farming at his farmhouse in Ranchi.
