Xtra Time Web Desk : UEFA on Friday announced their decision to shift the Champions League 2021-22 final from St Petersburg in Russia to France’s capital Paris.
The announcement came aftermath of Russia’s decision to declare war over Ukraine on Thursday.
Also, this comes as part of European Union’s decision to impose restrictions over Russia following the deadly events on Thursday.
The final of Europe’s premier club football competition will now be played in Stade de France on May 28.
