Xtra Time Web Desk : Ahead of the IPL 2022, Sunrisers Hyderabad have roped in some big names in the likes of Brian Lara and Dale Steyn to the list of their support staffs for the next season's marquee tournament.

The franchise on Thursday announced Tom Moody as their head coach, Simon Katich as his assistant, Hemang Badani as their fielding coach and scout along with huge names like Brian Lara as their batting coach & advisor, Dale Steyn as the pace bowling coach and Muttiah Muralitharan as their spin bowling coach and strategist.

After a lean IPL 2021, the franchise from Hyderabad have now bolstered their support staff group with some legends in there. Youngsters like Abdul Samad and Umran Malik would be able to learn a lot from the likes of Lara and Steyn.

And now, with the Mega Auction coming up likely in February 2022, it would be interesting to see what choices does this group of support staff consisting of these legendary players make in the auction. It would also be interesting to see how the management improves Sunrisers' performance in the upcoming season of the IPL.
