Internet Desk: Kolkata based referee Debasish Mandi got beaten by Gangtok Himalayan SC players during the first semifinal of the Governor’s Gold Cup between Jhapa XI Nepal and GHSC at Paljor Stadium today. Bipen Bhattarai and Karan Atwal got red cards for the alleged controversy. It is learnt that a controversial decision by the referee created the mess as the players attacked him in an ugly fashion.
