Xtra Time Web Desk: All eyes were on the two superstars of Indian cricket team – Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli as the Men in Blue started preparations for the upcoming three match ODI series against Bangladesh starting at the Sher e Bangla stadium on Sunday.
Both Virat, Rohit and KL Rahul were back at the Indian nets following a break for two weeks since returning from Australia after the T20 World Cup. Ishan Kishan too was seen batting alongside Rohit and Virat in the adjacent nets.
The entire squad members were at the Academy ground in Mirpur for the team’s first training session. The likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant will be joining the squad on Friday.
Team India Head Coach Rahul Dravid was seen spending time with KL Rahul. Left arm spinners Axar Patel and Shahbaz Ahmed were seen rolling their arms at the nets. Left arm pacer Kuldeep Sen was seen warming up along with KL Rahul.
The Indian cricketers arrived in Dhaka on Thursday ahead of their three-match ODI series starting on Sunday. Captain Rohit Sharma and superstar Virat Kohli were all greeted with an auspicious welcome by little kids at the Dhaka airport.
