Internet Desk: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday announced the fixtures for the Domestic tournaments to be played in 2016-17. The prestigious Ranji Trophy will commence from 6th October and will be held at neutral venues.
Bengal are placed in Group A with Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Railways, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Baroda, Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh. Bengal will open their campaign against Uttar Pradesh at Sawai Man Singh stadium in Jaipur from 13th- 16th October, 2016.
Bengal will have a rest day in the Round 1 clash and will begin their stiff challenge of Group A from 13th October. Following are the fixtures of Bengal in their Ranji Trophy 2016 campaign:
