On the other hand certain legal assaults have been landed on Ganguly after the CAB President was handed a letter by Subir Ganguly. The letter claimed that he has been holding a post for 9years and 1 month (4 years as a Treasurer and 5 years 1 month as Joint Secretary)

Subir claims that though he has worked for 9 years,a total of 7 years should be accounted as for the last two years AGM or audit has been made. Other accusations involves there are certain officials who are aged 70 and up. So if Subir has to resign then those officials too have to resign from their respective posts. The letter also contained that according to the Lodha committee reforms, even Sourav’s term has also ended for 3 years and 1month.

If the letter is not being responded within 15 days then the above matter would be moved to Supreme Court by Subir.
