Internet Desk: New Zealand all-rounder, Colin de Grandhomme, has replaced Andre Russell in the Kolkata Knight Riders’ squad ahead of the VIVO Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017.
De Grandhomme has featured in six Tests, nine One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and eight T20 Internationals for New Zealand thus far. He made his Test debut for New Zealand in late 2016 and marked the occasion with a six-wicket haul.
The Kiwi replaces Kolkata Knight Riders superstar Andre Russell. The West Indian has been handed a one-year ban for violating anti-doping whereabouts regulations.
The two time IPL champions KKR will commence their campaign on Friday against Gujarat Lions at the SCA Stadium in Rajkot.
