Xtra Time Web Desk: Team India’s star batter KL Rahul on Monday travelled to Germany to get an extensive treatment for his groin injury, which has troubled him persistently in recent times. Rahul, who was forced to miss the tour to England has reached Germany. He is expected to stay in Germany for close to a month before he returns back home ahead of the tour to the Caribbean.
The 30-year-old sustained a groin injury just ahead of the recently concluded T20I series against South Africa due to which he was ruled out. He was also not part of the test squad to England as he has not recovered. He has been undergoing rehab at the National Cricket Academy.
Rahul chose to share a couple of his photos on social media, urging his fans to pray for his speedy recovery.
